These Terms of Use describe how ZOYKES! is meant to be used.  We’ve tried to keep the language as straightforward as possible.  Nevertheless keep in mind that by using the ZOYKES! application (“ZOYKES!”) you are making an agreement with ResponseTek Networks Corp. (“the Company”), the developer of the ZOYKES! application.

By using ZOYKES!, you are agreeing to the following:

• You will use ZOYKES! only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You will not post libelous, unlawful, offensive or obscene material on ZOYKES!.
• Your postings will not violate any copyrights or unlawfully duplicate material.
• You will not do anything that will knowingly overburden or impair the ZOYKES! application.
• All content collected or displayed by ZOYKES! remains the exclusive property of the Company.  Any content available through links to a third party website is beyond the control of the Company and remains the property of the respective owner.
• You will respect the privacy of others by not including their personal information in your postings.
• Use of ZOYKES! is provided “as is”, with no warranties.
