I think by now they've given up hope for new snow on Cypress. Wear mud-proof boots when you go!
I would think the athletes aren't too happy about the super-slow conditions - no records to be broken at Cypress. By the way, if you want to sell your Aerials tickets, I just might be interested!

who pays for moving all the snow to cypress and when does the cost outweigh the benefits?
We, the tax payers pay for it. Olympics were projected to cost 660 millions. Now it is close to 7 billions. Tax payers are paying the majority of that bill, as ticket sales and sponsors did not produce the amounts they wished for (and costs have ballooned out of proportion).

It's your Olympics. You paid and will pay for it for decades to come. Hope you at least enjoy it.
